About Marcia

Self-leadership to me is our ability to be intentional with our life, to fulfil our potential in alignment with our values and to leave our mark in the world. To be the fully expressed version of ourselves.

Would you like to know how?

Hi, I'm Marcia

I help women and young people to connect with their essence and power and create a life they love.

I am a mom to two lively boys and a lover of nature and people. I am a strategic and spiritual person who uses self-knowledge and connection to my soul energy as a compass in my life. I am intentional about my growth and my results and that’s the gift I share with my clients.

I suffered a serious car accident in 1994 that was a wake up call to move from a position of victimhood and take charge of my destiny. However, 22 years later, I was still trying to improve some aspects of my life, which could only improve through my willingness to know myself and commit to my results.

As someone who had experienced first hand the impact of growing up in the midst of dysfunction and as a result was unsure of my place in the world, I have a passion to help people create the right conditions for a thriving life and thriving families. I guess I am a "Happy Childhood Advocate".

As a Coach, I am a systemic thinker and my approach is holistic. I want the change in you to have a positive impact on the people around you. I am a family allied.

My qualifications:

  • Certified Gallup Strengths Coach
  • Master Practitioner in NLP
  • Diploma of HR Management
  • Bachelor of Physical Education with Major in Exercise Physiology

I also have completed the following training programs:

  • High Performance Academy with Brendon Burchard
  • Core 100 Strategic Intervention with Robbins-Madanes Training Centre
  • Optimal Individual Service Design with Michael J Kendrick PhD
  • Currently studying SafeSpace Trauma Safe Coach Certification

I invite you to have a chat with me to discuss how I can help you make your vision for your life match your reality.

With gratitude,

Marcia Teperman

"The best way to predict YOUR future is to create it."

– Marcia Teperman

"It is said that before entering the sea, a river trembles with fear. She looks back at the path she has travelled, from the peaks of the mountains, the long winding road crossing forests and villages.

And in front of her, she sees an ocean so vast, that to enter there seems nothing more than to disappear forever. But there is no other way. The river cannot go back. Nobody can go back. To go back is impossible in existence.

The river needs to take the risk of entering the ocean, because only then will fear disappear, because that's where the river will know it's not about disappearing into the ocean, but of becoming the ocean."
