Self-leadership to me is our ability to be intentional with our life, to fulfil our potential in alignment with our values and to leave our mark in the world. To be the fully expressed version of ourselves.
Would you like to know how?
Hi, I'm Marcia
I help women and young people to connect with their essence and power and create a life they love.
I am a mom to two lively boys and a lover of nature and people. I am a strategic and spiritual person who uses self-knowledge and connection to my soul energy as a compass in my life. I am intentional about my growth and my results and that’s the gift I share with my clients.
I suffered a serious car accident in 1994 that was a wake up call to move from a position of victimhood and take charge of my destiny. However, 22 years later, I was still trying to improve some aspects of my life, which could only improve through my willingness to know myself and commit to my results.
As someone who had experienced first hand the impact of growing up in the midst of dysfunction and as a result was unsure of my place in the world, I have a passion to help people create the right conditions for a thriving life and thriving families. I guess I am a "Happy Childhood Advocate".
As a Coach, I am a systemic thinker and my approach is holistic. I want the change in you to have a positive impact on the people around you. I am a family allied.

– Marcia Teperman
On the journey of becoming my best self I couldn’t have someone more nurturing, wise and inspirational than Marcia on my side. She has an undeniable strength of seeing and accepting people for who they truly are.
She strives to support each person in achieving the best outcomes with an unconditional positive regard and belief that everyone is capable of showing up at their best in every situation. Not only she brings a massive repertoire of tools but she also reminds me of the power of intention, presence and conviction, and this has been invaluable and extremely inspiring to me.
After just one session I felt relieved, held and hopeful that I could do things differently. And I did. The result is that I felt grounded and empowered dealing with a situation that previously made me feel drained and frustrated.
HR and Career Management Consultant and Coach
Marcia is the COO of my brain. She is a visionary who sees beyond the chaos. She helped me understand and focus on my strengths and provided me with insightful guidance and on point strategies to help me find clarity and confidence to move forward with my projects. I since broke the cycle of creating regular changes in my business that prevented me from achieving the success that I am capable and deserving to experience.
Her gift is to help someone to transform their fears into actual results and she does that with empathy and wit. She is one of a kind!
Women Executive Coach & TedTalk Speaker
In 2016 Marcia taught me to head into uncertainty, push forward and take risks. Back then, my physical healing seemed to have peaked after 10 years from my car crash. I still needed to embrace my emotional and spiritual growth as part of my recovery journey and my quest for independence and love.
Since then I have gone from living with my parents and receiving a welfare payment to working in media, living independently in another city, making dozens of friends and having my own family. I am the happiest I've ever been in my life and conquered all my fears with confidence.
Before starting my coaching sessions with Marcia, I didn’t know how to prioritise my needs and felt like I was falling behind and lacking time and direction. After being guided by Marcia, I started to create a routine for self-care and professional development and felt focused, clear minded and organised.
I was able to communicate my needs to my family and was supported and understood. Marcia’s approach was empathetic and strategic. I have used my natural talents to create changes in a way that feels easy to me and creates predictability for my family. As a result, I feel empowered and hopeful and look forward to continuing to expand in confidence and fulfilment.
